The Humanitarian Committee is responsible for creating and conducting programs and events focused on areas of concern to the CaribDA Membership and promotes humanitarian interest in the region specific to desalination, water reuse and other related endeavors of interest to the Association. The committee may cooperate with non-government organizations (NGO’s), governments, local charities, businesses and other organizations in its efforts. The committee endeavors to gain broad participation of members of the Association and any affiliated organizations in humanitarian activities.

The Caribbean Desalination Association (CaribDA) encourages those who wish to support the relief efforts to donate to the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF).
